This long-term collaboration has contributed to stronger leadership behaviours, improved employee experience, and a more connected, future-focused organisational culture.

Some of the programs we have collaborated with GeelongPort on:

  • Annual Employee Opinion Survey (2020–2025)
    Led the design, coordination and consolidation of GeelongPort’s yearly Employee Opinion Survey process, enabling leadership teams to measure employee engagement, identify priorities and implement appropriate solutions, responses and programs
  • Lead Team Strategy, Effectiveness & Capability Program (10 months)
    Designed and facilitated a comprehensive program to enhance strategic clarity, decision-making, team effectiveness and leadership capability with the executive team
  • Culture, Values & Behaviours On-Boarding Program
    Developed a practical, experience-based onboarding program helping new employees understand and embody GeelongPort’s culture, values and constructive behaviours from day one.
  • Service Design, Business Improvement & Culture Program (6 months)
    Delivered an integrated program that combined customer-centred service design, process improvement and cultural uplift—building capability and creating service delivery enhancement projects
  • Chartered Innovation Program (10 months)
    Co-designed a comprehensive innovation development program, including a week-long Innovation Immersion in Singapore, giving participants exposure to global innovation ecosystems and strengthening creative, commercial and problem-solving capability.
  • Leadership Development Program
    Designed and delivered a tailored leadership program focused on constructive behaviours, communication, coaching, accountability, and the practical realities of leading teams in a safety-critical environment.
