OMC Group has supported Greater Western Water through a series of leadership and change programs designed to strengthen culture, capability and alignment across the organisation.

Our work began with City West Water, partnering on the scoping and managing the procurement process for the design and delivery of a Safety Leadership Program focused on constructive behaviours, accountability and safe decision-making.

Building on this foundation, OMC Group developed and delivered a Change Leadership Program for both leaders and team members across the organisation—equipping the organisation with practical tools to navigate transition, communicate with clarity, and maintain performance when City West Water merged with Western Water.

Following the formation of Greater Western Water, we facilitated a one-day leadership workshop with the newly integrated leadership group, supporting them to build shared purpose, align expectations and start to establish the cultural and leadership behaviours required for the new entity’s success.
